SARAJEVO, March 7 (FENA) - The NATO Headquarters Sarajevo and the Hungarian Embassy today organized a briefing of the Head of Mission for the ambassadors of the NATO countries.
The briefing was held by Ambassador of Hungary to Bosnia and Herzegovina Krisztián Pósa, with an address by the Commander of the NATO Headquarters Sarajevo, Brigadier General Marti Bissell.
State Secretary for Security Policy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary, Péter Sztáray also attended the briefing and stressed the importance of a strategic partnership with Bosnia and Herzegovina.
At the end of the briefing, the Hungarian Embassy took over the role of NATO Contact Embassy from the Embassy of Slovakia.
Over the next two years, the Hungarian Embassy will serve as the contact embassy for BiH and in this capacity will share information on the role and policies of the Alliance and, if necessary, provide support on all the agreed activities with the partners, stated the NATO HQ Sarajevo.
