Banks Association does not expect increase of interest rates this year

SARAJEVO, February 17 (FENA) –Banks Association of BiH does not expect increase of interest rates in BiH market this year, the Association told FENA.

Association stated that Euribor (euro interbank offered rate) did not increase this year.

“There is a big competition among banks in BiH that offer is much greater than demand, which means there is no option of increasing interest rates,” said Director of Banks Association of BiH Berislav Kutle.
