Delegation from the Kingdom of the Netherlands visits BiH Prosecutor's Office

SARAJEVO, January 21 (FENA) - Acting Chief Prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, Gordana Tadić, met today with her associates, with Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to BiH Reinout Caspar Vos, Deputy Ambassador Mina Noor, and members of the multidisciplinary team of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in charge of the fight against trafficking in human being comprised of senior officials of the Prosecutor's Office, the Border and National Police of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, engaged in cases of criminal offenses of trafficking in human beings, smuggling of people and illegal migration.

The meeting was a chance to discuss the activities of the Prosecutor's Office in the cases of criminal offenses of trafficking in human beings, smuggling of people and illegal migration, especially with regard to the increased number of criminal offenses related to illegal migration and smuggling of migrants in the past year.

Tadić informed the Ambassador and the delegation about the activities carried out by the Task Force on Combating Trafficking in Human Beings and Organized Illegal Migration, as well as the results of this group's work.

The Delegation of the Kingdom of the Netherlands once again expressed support for the work and activities of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.
