SARAJEVO, October 11 (FENA) - On 8 January 2018, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed Indictment against the accused Zoran Adamović for the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172 paragraph 1 subparagraph (h) as read with subparagraphs (a), (i) and (k), all in conjunction with Article 29 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
According to the Indictment, Zoran Adamović, in capacity of member of the Army of the Republika Srpska (VRS), as part of a widespread or systematic attack of the VRS directed against the civilian population in the territory of Bosanska Krajina (Muslim and Croatian civilians in the territory of Ključ municipality), with knowledge of that attack and that his acts constituted a part thereof, persecuted Muslim and Croatian civilians on ethnic and religious grounds by participating in murders, enforced disappearance and other inhumane acts of a similar character, committed with the intent to cause great suffering or serious injury to body or to physical or mental health, stated the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
