SARAJEVO, May 8 (FENA) - A reception on the occasion of the Europe Day will be held on Wednesday, 9 May 2018, starting at 19:00hrs at Dom Mladih Skenderija.
Europe Day is celebrated throughout the European Union every year on 9 May to mark the anniversary of the historical 'Schuman declaration' that set out the basic principles on which the EU has been built.
It is an occasion to celebrate the EU’s achievements – including lasting peace, economic cooperation and border-free travel.
Ambassador Lars-Gunnar Wigemark, Head of the EU Delegation to BiH and EU Special Representative and Denis Zvizdić Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina will address the audience on this occasion, stated the EU Delegation to BiH.
