SARAJEVO, April 18 (FENA) - On 18 April 2018, the Court of BIH handed down the Judgment under which pursuant to Article 400(3) of the CPC of BIH as read with Article 63(1) of the CC of BIH revoking the suspended sentence pronounced under the final and binding Judgment of the Court of BiH No. S1 2 K 002617 15 K dated 18 December 2015, and ordering the execution of the determined sentence of imprisonment of one (1) year and eight (8) months.
Pursuant to Articles 110 and 111 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the property gain obtained by the criminal offense in the amount of BAM 255,878.00 is confiscated and the convict is ordered to pay the amount to the benefit of the Budget of BIH within thirty (30) days from the day the Verdict becomes final and binding.
The Court also rendered the Decision extending the prohibiting measure - travel ban under Article 126(2) of the CPC of BIH which was ordered in relation to the convict Wu Qiyu under the Court's decision dated 12 April 2018, stated the BiH Court.
