SARAJEVO, April 9 (FENA) - German company EMKA Beschlagteile GmbH&Co is taking over the company Bekto Precise from Goražde. By selling its owners capital, Bekto Precise will become a member of the EMKA Group.
The agreement on takeover conditions was signed today at the headquarters of the Government of the Federation of BiH.
On behalf of the German company, the agreement was signed by General Manager Friedhelm Runge, and on behalf of the owner of the company based in Goražde, Redžo Bekto.
FBiH Prime Minister Fadil Novalić also attended the agreement signing.
Prime Minister Novalić noted the support of his government in future in the areas within the jurisdiction of the FBiH Government.
Runge said, among other, that the company needs experts who will be able to make the products produces in BiH competitive on the markets abroad.
The EMKA Group already has a branch office in Goražde, which operates under the name EMKA Bosnia.
It manufactures products of metal and plastic, assembling parts for the electrical industry, automotive industry and others.
It is a partner of several big world car manufacturers and it is the second largest, right behind the parent company in Germany.
Some 95 percent of products are exported to the European market and is among the biggest exporters in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
