Minister Borovac receives newly appointed Ambassador of Egypt El Bishlawy

SARAJEVO, April 5 (FENA) - Minister of Human Rights and Refugees of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Semiha Borovac received today the newly appointed Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to BiH Hala El Bishlawy.

The two officials emphasized that Bosnia and Herzegovina and Egypt are friendly countries that have good cooperation, adding that there is room for improvement of cooperation in the coming period, in the interest of both countries, stated the BiH Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees.

The focus of the meeting was the application of international standards for the protection of human rights as a prerequisite for the development of democracy and progress of the society as a whole.

Ambassador El Bishlawy announced significant activities in the segment of strengthening cooperation between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Egypt in the field of culture and education, as well as exchange of experiences regarding the promotion and protection of human rights.
