SARAJEVO, April 3 (FENA) - Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Dragan Čović met today with Major General Martin Dorfer, the EUFOR commander in BiH, with whom he discussed achieving stability through joint action, as well as the European path of BiH.
Mr. Dorfer expressed the EUFOR's unambiguous support to Bosnia and Herzegovina on the road toward the European Union, stressing his happiness with coming back to BiH because he served in this area in IFOR/SFOR in 1997.
Mr. Čović stressed that the European path was the basis for foreign policy action and welcomed the contribution EUFOR can make to the process of European and Euro-Atlantic integration of BiH, to which Mr. Dorfer emphasized the readiness for further building of mutual trust and cooperation.
Member of the BiH Presidency Dragan Čović once again confirmed his openness to all further communication and assistance needed by EUFOR for the successful realization of all common goals, the BiH Presidency PR Department said.
