SARAJEVO, February 26 (FENA) - The Memorandum of Understanding between the FBiH Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Transport and Communications of RS, on one side, and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, on the other, was signed today in London.
On behalf of the FBiH Ministry of Transport and Communications the Memorandum was signed by Minister Denis Lasić and the purpose of the Memorandum is to identify priority capital infrastructure projects and to create preconditions for their implementation in cooperation with the EBRD.
The signing of the agreement has once again confirmed the common goal, namely improving the quality and availability of transport infrastructure in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and ultimately continuing with persistent work on the economic development of the country.
Lasić pointed out that, this year three agreements should be signed in the amount of 190 million euros, and next year, two agreements should be signed in the amount of 275 million euros.
Minister Lasić thanked the EBRD as a great and sincere friend of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the years of excellent cooperation and efforts invested in the development of our country, as well as support through this last memorandum of understanding, stated the FBiH Ministry of Transport and Communications.
