BANJA LUKA, October 15 (FENA) - The Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices of Bosnia and Herzegovina, stated as they note, in connection to yesterday's statements of irresponsible individuals, that it continues with its regular activities in accordance with the Law on Medicines and Medical Devices of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
As the Agency pointed out, this especially refers to the obligation towards the Ministry of Health and Social Care of the RS in the sense of regular payment of rent costs for the building in which the seat of the Agency is located.
The BiH Presidency member Milorad Dodik announced at a press conference in East Sarajevo yesterday that the National Assembly of the entity of Republika Srpska will adopt a law that would strip the rights of the Medicines Agency to operate in that entity.
