SARAJEVO, January 21 (FENA) - The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with six votes "for" and one "against", made a decision at today's session on the annulment of elections at 26 regular polling stations and two absentee polling stations in the Basic Constituency Srebrenica for the Mayor and the Municipal Assembly of Srebrenica.

With the same ratio of votes, the CEC adopted the decision to annul the elections at 89 regular polling stations in the Basic Constituency of Doboj for the Mayor and the Assembly of the City of Doboj.

The decisions were made due to irregularities identified at the mentioned polling stations, which is why, in the opinion of the CEC, the elections should be repeated after these decisions enter into force.

The only CEC member who voted against the decisions was Vlado Rogić.

He was also against the Decision on the impossibility of taking over the mandate of the Mayor of Travnik, made because the candidate with the most votes for the position passed away on the day of the November Local Elections held in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The CEC concluded that today's decision of the CEC enters into force, early elections for the mayor of Travnik should be held.

All other decisions were passed unanimously at this session.

The CEC member Vanja Bjelica Prutina said that she has been subjected to inconveniences that are on the verge of a criminal offense after the CEC decided not to verify the results in Srebrenica and Doboj, which was confirmed by the Court of BiH.

One of the candidates filed a complaint against the BiH Central Election Commission for failing to verify the results in Srebrenica and Doboj, but according to Vanja Bjelica Prutina, it was a matter of political background and false reporting, which is why this CEC member believes that after the court decision becomes final, supporting the CEC's decision, a complaint should be filed for false reporting of a criminal offense against the said candidate.

Vanja Bjelica Prutina said that she would be happy to respond to the authorities if they ask her to give a statement based on the above-mentioned complaint of one of the candidates against the CEC, and that she would always work only according to the law and rules.

The president of the CEC, Željko Bakalar, also said that he would certainly respond to the competent authorities if he was asked to do so on the basis of the above-mentioned complaint of that candidate.
