SARAJEVO, December 17 (FENA) - The Club of Representatives of the Democratic Front in the Parliament of the Federation of BiH believes that due to non-provision of money for vaccines, "we are witnessing a direct threat to the health of the population."
The press release reminds that at the 16th regular session of the House of Representatives of the Federation Parliament, held in early December, the Club of Democratic Front MPs demanded the resignation of the leaders of the Federation Government, the Prime Minister and two Deputy Prime Ministers due to complete neglect of the most vulnerable categories through which short-term and long-term goals are defined through which the status of those for whom the state must take additional care would improve.
“In the specific case of protégés from five social protection institutions under the jurisdiction of the Federation and the category of children with disabilities. Neither the Prime Minister nor the people at the head of the line ministries, especially the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy and the Ministry of Health, responded to the task. Today, unfortunately, we are witnessing a direct threat to the health of the population in general, because the leaders of the FBiH Government did not provide funds for the procurement of coronavirus vaccines within the deadlines within which it had to be complied with,” the statement said.
