BiH Court partially upholds appeal of Prosecutor's Office over ventilators case

SARAJEVO, June 5 (FENA) - The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina partially upheld the appeal of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH against the earlier decision of that court, in a case related to the purchase of ventilators, which did not accept one-month custody for Prime Minister Fadil Novalić, suspended director of the FBiH Civil Protection Administration (FUCZ) Fahrudin Solak and owner of the company "Silver Raspberry" Fikret Hodžić.
