GORAŽDE, May 1 (FENA) - Hundreds of Goražde citizens gathered today for a May Day protest march in support of Ginex military industry workers.

Carrying banners, with horns, whistles and shouts, Ginex workers walked to the complex where this defense industry company operates and once again expressed dissatisfaction with the FBiH Government's intentions to dismiss the current Ginex leadership led by Managing Director Munevera Fočo and appoint a new one.

Ginex workers joined the walk on their way back from a protest in Sarajevo.

Deputy President of the Ginex Trade Union Kemo Polutak confirmed that the union representatives will not attend today's meeting scheduled by the FBiH Minister of Energy, Mining and Industry Nermin Džindić in the afternoon.

"We ask them to come to Ginex to negotiate, and not for us to go to them," said Polutak, stating that they will not give up on the request towards the FBiH Government to change its decision on dismissal, otherwise he says, they will not continue with the companies operations at all.
