SARAJEVO, May 4 (FENA) - Director General of Elektroprivreda BiH (the state-owned power company) Admir Andelija and Vice President of the European Investment Bank (EIB) Lilyana Pavlova signed a Cooperation Agreement between the EIB and Elektroprivreda BiH to finance consulting services for critical habitat assessment at the future Vlašić Wind Farm, which determines the conditions for the realization of financial cooperation and consulting services.
As part of the Economic Resilience Initiative (ERI), the European Investment Bank has approved a grant of EUR 300,000 for the implementation of the consulting services.
The entire contracting process and the decisions on the selection of contractors, contract management and payment of consulting services will be carried out by the EIB in accordance with its procurement policies, rules and procedures.
The agreement will be concluded between the EIB and the selected consulting company.
Elektroprivreda BiH will be involved in the process of defining technical specifications, which includes approval of TOR, which the EIB will use in the tender documentation, monitoring and supervision of the agreement implementation and will timely submit decisions and information to the bank and the consultant.
