BANJA LUKA, May 21 (FENA) - Deputies of the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska (RSNA) today adopted a decision to lift the state of emergency for the territory of that BiH entity.
At a special session, after almost two days of heated debate, 60 deputies voted in favor of lifting the state of emergency, which has been in force since the beginning of April.
In his closing remarks, Entity Prime Minister Radovan Višković said the state of emergency had been lifted given the current more favorable epidemiological situation due to coronavirus infection.
“A measure of emergency situation remains in force,” said the entity prime minister and announced that the ban on movement from 10 pm to 5 am, i.e. curfew in RS, will be lifted tomorrow.
