SARAJEVO, June 26 (FENA) - Minister of Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina Marina Pendeš will lead a delegation of the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of BiH at the NATO Ministerial Meeting entitled “Resolute Support” which will be held on Thursday, June 27 in Brussels.
The meeting will be attended by defense ministers from NATO member countries and partner countries whose members are part of the peace support mission in Afghanistan. They will discuss the political and military situation in Afghanistan, and the financial support to Afghan security forces, as well as the challenges that can be faced in further carrying out this mission.
Along with Minister Pendeš, the delegation of the MoD and AF BiH is comprised of her advisor for international cooperation Zoran Šajinović, Advisor to the Ministry of Defense Jakov Križanović, Head of the Military Unit of the BiH Mission to NATO Brigadier Jasmin Čajic and Deputy Head of the Military Section of the BiH Mission to NATO, Velibor Purković, the Ministry of Defense of BiH said in a press release.
