FENA Press release

SARAJEVO, February 7 (FENA) - Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Šefik Džaferović and Deputy Speaker of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina Safet Softić met today with the Ambassador of the Republic of France to BiH, Guillaume Rousson.

The collocutors said that the political relations between BiH and France were very good but that efforts should be made to raise them to an even higher level and to improve them in all fields.

They discussed the process of bringing BiH closer to the European Union and NATO integration, and Mr. Džaferović and Mr. Softić used the opportunity to thank Ambassador Rousson for France's open support in these processes.

The guest also was interested in the current political situation in BiH, especially in view of the possibilities of amending the electoral legislation and achieving important tasks from the Reform Agenda this year, stated the BiH PA PR Department.
