SARAJEVO, January 8 (FENA) - The Party of Democratic Action (SDA) calls on the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina to finally begin doing its job in order to protect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of BiH, the SDA said in a press statement.
“Refusal to implement the decision of the BiH Constitutional Court on the ‘Day of RS’ by the entity officials, constitutes a flagrant violation of BiH's sovereignty. The entity officials have not only refused to comply with that decision, but they passed a law in the entity again confirming discrimination against non-Serbs, and contrary to the Constitution of BiH, the European Convention on the Protection of Human Rights and the decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH,”it is said in the statement.
It is inconceivable to see that the BiH Prosecutor's Office is avowing taking any kind of action based on the decision of the BiH Constitutional Court from 2016, s there is no other way to interpret the behavior of the Prosecutor’s Office and the fact that no one yet has been held accountable for an obvious criminal offense, emphasized the SDA.
