SARAJEVO, November 28 (FENA) - European Union Commissioner for Membership and Enlargement Olivér Várhelyi will visit Bosnia and Herzegovina on November 28 and 29 at a crucial moment for BiH's entry into the EU, after the European Commission recommended the granting of candidate status to BiH .
Commissioner Várhelyi will meet with the new members of the BiH Presidency and other officials in BiH to discuss upcoming steps and necessary reforms on BiH's path towards the EU.
According to the official announcement, Várhelyi will have meetings in the context of the European Union's support for Bosnia and Herzegovina in migration management and will attend the signing ceremony of the memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Security of BiH and the International Organization for Migration (IOM) on the issue of voluntary and involuntary return.
It is also planned that the European Commissioner will visit FabLab, a digital innovation hub that is supported through the EU4DigitalSME project, it was announced from the Delegation of the European Union in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
