SARAJEVO, July 7 (FENA) - After 120 days of competition in 45 BiH communities and semi-final tournaments in Mostar, Srebrenica, Bihać, Tuzla and Zenica, the Grand Final of the 12th Plasma Youth Sports Games was held from July 5 to 7 in Sarajevo, where 900 boys and girls enjoyed the three-day competitions and entertainment program.
As part of the Final, in addition to the competition, girls and boys learned about environmental protection, ecology and recycling in cooperation with the Environmental Protection Fund of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and through the project "Zero waste - Be part of the game, let's save our planet".
As part of the project "Equal chance for every child" in cooperation with UNICEF, a workshop on volunteerism was organized at the Final with the aim of raising awareness of this important topic, and a workshop on the importance of education and empowerment of girls and women in society, realized in cooperation with the Regional Cooperation Council.
A special surprise for all the finalists was the FIBA Eurobasket trophy and the Eurobasket mascot - "Bounce", who visited the Grand Final of the Games in Sarajevo, while the competitors took the opportunity to take joint photos.
