FBiH HoR supports the proposal to increase minimum pensions by at least five percent

SARAJEVO, June 28 (FENA) - The House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament, by a majority vote today, supported the proposal to increase the minimum pensions in the Federation of BiH by at least five percent.

In relation to the initial proposal of the Alliance for a Better Future (SBB) caucus, which requested an increase of five percent, and it was adopted that the increase be at least in the amount of the requested.

During the discussion, there were proposals from other parties that the lowest pensions be higher by at least 50 percent, and even by 100 percent, but in the end it was agreed as stated in the proposal.

There was no majority support for the Analytical Report of the FBiH Environmental Protection Fund for 2021.

The session has ended, the next regular one is announced for July 26.
