SARAJEVO, January 24 (FENA) - The House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament approved tonight at an extraordinary session the Proposal of the Decision on interim financing of the Federation of BiH for the period January - March 2022.
This decision was previously determined today, at an emergency telephone session, by the FBiH Government.
The draft decision determines the amount of interim financing of the FBiH, until the adoption of the FBiH Budget for 2022, for the first three months of 1,116,181,228 KM, based on the quarterly average of budget execution in the period January - September 2021.
According to the explanation, the legal obligation to make a decision on interim financing is prescribed in Article 35 of the Law on Budgets in FBiH.
