SARAJEVO, January 13 (FENA) - Deputy Speaker of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina and President of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) Bakir Izetbegović met today with representatives of the Association of Generals of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The political and security situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina was discussed at the meeting, with a special focus on the unilateral actions of the RS entity authorities, which undermine the Dayton Peace Agreement and endanger peace and stability.
The importance of providing an institutional response to current challenges and threats facing the state, and strengthening the capacity of state institutions was jointly emphasized.
Representatives of the Association of Generals of Bosnia and Herzegovina emphasized that they are making themselves available to the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina in full capacity. They introduced Izetbegović with the intention of meeting with representatives of all pro-Bosnian political parties in the coming period.
Izetbegović welcomed the call of the Association of Generals of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the establishment of a united political front of all pro-Bosnian parliamentary parties regarding the protection of the interests of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
