SARAJEVO, January 10 (FENA) - Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Šefik Džaferović received a delegation of the Bosniak National Council (BNV) in Serbia led by Council President Jasmina Curić.

The current political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia was discussed, with an emphasis on the current campaign of hate speech directed against Bosniaks in both countries, which is marked by the glorification of war crimes and criminals.

Special attention was paid to the incident in which the leaders and members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Serbia presented threats against the Bosniaks of Novi Pazar and Sjenica.

Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Šefik Džaferović pointed out that in such cases, rapid and efficient action of the state of Serbia must be taken in order to bring the perpetrators of the incidents to justice and adequately sanction them.

It was pointed out that the Bosniaks of Sandžak and the Bosniaks of Bosnia and Herzegovina are part of a single national corps and that mutual cooperation should be strengthened and developed, respecting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the countries in which they live.
