SARAJEVO, January 6 (FENA) - President of the SDS Mirko Šarović says that the sanctions imposed by the United States will be felt by individuals - politicians in the entity of Republika Srpska, primarily by Milorad Dodik, but also the economy of the RS.
Šarović said that the wishes for sanctions against the RS has been "the culmination of irresponsible behavior and that such behavior is the culmination of Dodik's madness."
He says that Dodik's attempt to turn himself into a hero at the expense of his own people is utter nonsense.
"I believe that Dodik in a way wishes that these sanctions would make him a 'people's hero'. We all saw them celebrating the imposition of sanctions, but I see no reason to celebrate. It is in a way a mockery of those sanctions. If those sanctions fall on the RS, then it will be a mockery of its citizens," said Šarović.
