HJPC will not consider or issue statements on RSNA conclusions on the judiciary

SARAJEVO, December 17 (FENA) - The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced today that it will not consider or issue any statements on the conclusions of the Republika Srpska National Assembly of December 10 on the state judiciary.

Regarding the initiative mentioned during the first day of the session of the HJPC of BiH this week, which refers to the possible consideration of the conclusions of the RSNA regarding the judiciary, the HJPC emphasized that they act united, in full capacity, and within their competencies and mandates make decisions and opinions that are respected in all judicial institutions in BiH, at the same time defining strategic steps for the next year and that accordingly they will not consider or issue any statements on this matter.
