SARAJEVO, December 7 (FENA) - The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has sent a request to the National Assembly of the RS (RSNA) to provide specific information.
"The Prosecutor's Office of BiH asked the National Assembly of RS to provide certain information," told FENA the spokesman for the State Prosecutor's Office Boris Grubešić, answering a question regarding media allegations about how this prosecutor's office formed the case on "violating the constitutional order of BiH”.
He added that the Prosecutor's Office of BiH could not provide more information or details in that context.
According to media reports, the request "asks the RSNA leadership to provide them with a voting listing related to the decision to establish an entity agency for medicines and medical devices."
After the "oxygen affair", the RSNA passed the Law on Medicines and Medical Devices in the RS in an urgent procedure, which envisages the establishment of an agency for medicines on the level of that entity, which is not in accordance with the Constitution of BiH.
