SARAJEVO, November 16 (FENA) - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Bisera Turković talked in Brussels with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria Svetlan Stoev about the current situation in the Western Balkans, Bosnia and Herzegovina and progress on the path towards the European Union.
Minister Stoev pointed out that Bulgaria unequivocally supports the sovereignty and integrity of BiH and the reforms on the European path.
It was stated that the relations are good and underlined the importance of a worthy celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Bulgarian recognition of the independence of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Minister Turković reminded of the importance of this marking because of the fact that Bulgaria was the first to recognize the renewed independence of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The results of yesterday's debate on the Western Balkans at the European Union's Foreign Affairs Council were also discussed, stated the BiH Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
