SARAJEVO, November 10 (FENA) - Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH, Staša Košarac said that at today's session of the BiH Council of Ministers, ministers from the entity of Republika Srpska voted against all items on the agenda.
"All those items received our negative opinion. In line with the crisis produced by the former High Representative in BiH Valentin Inzko and the ridiculous decisions of the BiH Constitutional Court, our behavior was in line with the conclusions of the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska and other RS institutions.
We will not allow any such attacks on the constitutional capacity of Republika Srpska. We believe it is very important to gather around the original Dayton Peace Agreement.
In this context, our effort is to get back such guaranteed constitutional powers, as given by Annex IV of the Dayton Agreement, to the RS, believing that we are doing so exclusively democratically, legally and constitutionally, and our decision-making at the Council of Ministers level will be consistent with the conclusions of the National Assembly of the RS," said Košarac after the session of the Council of Ministers of BiH.
