BiH Armed Forces and EUFOR sign Training and Cooperation Plan for 2022

SARAJEVO, October 19 (FENA) - The plan for training and cooperation of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina with EUFOR for 2022 was signed today at the Hall of the Armed Forces of BiH.

The plan was signed by the Deputy Chief of the Joint Staff of the AF BiH for Operations, Major General Ivica Jerkić, and the Chief of Staff of EUFOR, Brigadier General Szilárd Gerőfi.

On this occasion, General Jerkić thanked EUFOR for the successful cooperation so far, which is realized through individual and collective training of members of the AF BiH and EUFOR, engaging mobile training teams, mentoring teams and experts in certain areas, and joint training with the EUFOR Multinational Battalion.

He also praised the continuous and selfless support provided by EUFOR forces in BiH in all previous years in the process of building self-sustaining operational capabilities and training capacities of the AF BiH, with the desire to continue to achieve exceptional results in the coming year, stated the BiH Armed Forces.
