Average net wages in FBiH 995 KM in July

SARAJEVO, September 16 (FENA) - The average monthly net wages per employee for July 2021 in the Federation of BiH amounted to 995 KM and is nominally lower by 0.4 percent, and in real terms by 0.2 percent compared to the previous month.

Compared to the same month last year, the average monthly net swages per employee in July 2021 was nominally higher by 2.5 percent and in terms of real wages by 0.7 percent.

Analysis of data by activities of KDBiH 2010 in July 2021 compared to June 2021 shows that the largest decrease in the average monthly paid net wages was recorded in the following activities: Financial activities and insurance activities by 9.4 percent and Agriculture, forestry and fishing by 4, 5 percent.

At the same time, the largest increase in the average monthly net earnings was recorded in the activities: Real estate activities by 5.0 percent and Accommodation and food service activities (hotels and restaurants) by 3.4 percent.

The average monthly paid gross wages per employee for July 2021 in the Federation of BiH is 1,541 KM and is nominally lower by 0.3 percent and really by 0.1 percent compared to the previous month.

Compared to the same month last year, the average monthly paid gross wages per employee in July 2021 was nominally higher by 2.9 percent, and in real terms by 1.1 percent, according to the Federal Bureau of Statistics.

In July 2021, the total number of employees in the Federation of BiH was 525,292. Compared to the previous month, the number of employees decreased by 0.3 percent, and the number of employed women by 0.7 percent.
