Dodik: High Representative is illegal and we have no obligation to cooperate

FENA

BANJA LUKA, July 30 (FENA) - Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency member Milorad Dodik has accused outgoing High Representative Valentin Inzko of violating international law, the Constitution and laws in BiH. Addressing the media in Banja Luka, Dodik pointed out that the High Representative in BiH never had the right to impose laws.

Ahead of the RS National Assembly session, which discusses amendments to the Criminal Code and the draft law on non-implementation of the High Representative's decision, Dodik said Serb parliamentary parties had reached several common conclusions.

“One of the most important conclusion is that the High Representative was not legally elected, and then there is no obligation to cooperate with him. The most important thing will be how we will move forward, and that is to insist on the conclusions we have reached and that the High Representative was not elected legally,” Dodik stated, emphasizing the importance of the unity of Serb parties.
