SARAJEVO, June 18 (FENA) - The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has proposed custody for the suspects in the case of the investigation into the death of Dženan Memić.
After questioning the suspects, a proposal was sent to the Court of BiH to order custody for all four suspects.
The detention measure was proposed, among other things, because of the danger that the suspects could obstruct the investigation, conceal evidence, and influence witnesses or accomplices, and that the release of the suspects would cause disturbance to the public and citizens, the BiH Prosecutor's Office said.
