SARAJEVO, June 14 (FENA) - The beginning of the Women's Mentoring Network was marked today with the first lectures held in Sarajevo.
The Network is a unique mentoring program that brings together more than 100 business women who will share their knowledge and experience with young women who are starting their careers in the next four months.
In addition to Sarajevo, the program brought together participants from Banja Luka, Tuzla, Mostar, East Sarajevo, Bijeljina, Prijedor, Srebrenik, Visoko, Ilijaš, Travnik, Kakanj, Tešanj, Lukavac, Doboj, Usora, Živinice and Srebrenica.
President of the Management Board of Addiko Bank Sarajevo and the initiator of the program Sanela Pašić said at the opening that the participants of the program will gain knowledge in management, career development management, negotiation, networking, public speaking and many other areas through individual mentoring and joint training.
“The special value of the program is the experience of lecturers and mentors who will share it with the participants of the program and thus facilitate the solution of some future challenges,” said Pašić.
Director of Deloitte BH and other initiator of the project Sabina Softić pointed out that this is a project of great importance in order to contribute to their self-confidence through networking of young talented women with experienced leaders from various business spheres, and encouraging them to believe in achieving their business and private goals.
The Women's Mentoring Network is expected to become a regular annual knowledge exchange program from various business segments.
