BANJA LUKA, April 22 (FENA) - Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Milorad Dodik, at a press conference held on the occasion of today's visit of Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić and representatives of the Government and Assembly to Banja Luka, accused "Sarajevo's policy" of not cooperating with Republika Srpska and for demands for the abolition of that entity and the elimination of its institutional strength.

Among other things, he said that "Sarajevo is completely sick politically" and that the statements of president of the Party of Democratic Action, Bakir Izetbegović, after the topic "non-paper" was actualized, were something that was "a known ideology".

“Neither we nor Serbia challenged or placed "non paper", it came from somewhere else. And we do not want any conflict, excess, not even on an individual level,” said Dodik.

He points out that Sarajevo "obviously thinks differently", adding that it does not want to argue further in this story with Izetbegović and that Bosnia and Herzegovina is divided into entities, because history has done so.

He has repeatedly stated that the Republika Srpska does not want a war or a secession from Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the context of a possible secession, which, according to him, would be caused exclusively by the bad policy of Sarajevo, the Republika Srpska would leave with 49 percent of the belonging territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

According to Dodik, Republika Srpska is still trying to affirm the Dayton principle "the word of Dayton", as he added, and will never withdraw any war moves related to its status.

President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, said at this press conference that Bosnia and Herzegovina is the third export destination for Serbia, trade partner number seven, so a very important partner.

He claims that trade between the two countries could be significantly higher this year than last, and in the context of the Serbia-Republika Srpska co-operation council, noting that it is important, while maintaining peace and stability, to develop economies and provide people with a future so that they know that war is not a perspective but a joint work.

Vučić, like Dodik, announced financial assistance from Serbia in the implementation of development projects in four municipalities in Bosnia and Herzegovina - Drvar, Kostajnica, Dubica and Nevesinje.

Speaking about the importance of building road communication between Belgrade and Sarajevo, he points out that they also talked about something that is extremely important for the citizens of Republika Srpska - the construction of the highway to Bijeljina and the bridge over the Sava River, for which Serbia wants to directly invest 100 million euros.

Explaining why his country is ready for so much help, Vučić claims that he is doing it in the interest of connecting the region, members of different nations, as well as Serbs.

The President of Serbia also said that the country has the most foreign investments in the region, which enabled it to increase salaries and pensions.

According to Vučić, cooperation in the fight against organized crime and corruption is "extremely important" for his country.
