SARAJEVO, April 21 (FENA) - Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina Denis Zvizdić received today in separate visits the Ambassador of Romania to BiH Anton Pacuretu and the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to BiH Roem Kono.
Zvizdić informed the ambassadors about the current economic and political situation in BiH and emphasized our country's commitment to European and NATO integration, economic reforms, the rule of law and the fight against the coronavirus pandemic.
They also agreed that there is room for greater foreign trade between the two countries and stressed the interest in improving and intensifying cooperation between the parliaments of the two friendly countries.
In a conversation with the Ambassador of Indonesia to BiH, Zvizdić assessed that bilateral relations between the two countries are good and that there is room for their improvement.
Ambassador Kono said that Indonesia is a great friend of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He also pointed out the possibility of better cooperation in the fields of trade, agriculture, culture and tourism, and said that Indonesia would support all activities that would result in the development of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Zvizdić and Ambassador Kono also discussed the abolition of visas for Indonesian citizens, especially considering that visas are not required for citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina to travel to this country, stated the BiH PA Public Relations Department.
