TUZLA, April 19 (FENA) - The Tuzla Health Center is satisfied with the vaccination process that began seven days ago, and to date, about 1,600 citizens over the age of 65 have been vaccinated.
They emphasize that the most important thing is that so far, there have been no significant side effects to the vaccine, and they are encouraged that the response of the citizens has been very good.
The vaccination is carried out at several locations in the city, and there are two vaccination stations in the Tuzla Health Center. In places where vaccinations are performed, citizens have received their dates and times for vaccination in order to avoid crowding, but also to comply with epidemiological measures.
Head of General / Family Medicine of the Tuzla Health Center dr. Samira Srabović said that the vaccination was going in the best order and that the population was very interested in the vaccination.
The pace of vaccination will depend on the arrival of vaccines. At the moment, citizens are being vaccinated with the Chinese vaccine Sinovac. The plan is to create a collective immunity of the citizens of Tuzla by vaccinating at least 50,000 citizens.
