SARAJEVO, March 15 (FENA) - Deputy Speaker of the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly Dragan Čović received today in an inaugural visit the newly appointed Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Osamah Dakhel R. Alahmadi.
The two officials expressed the desire to continuously improve future cooperation between BiH and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, especially in the field of tourism, investment, growth and development.
Also, the officials discussed cooperation and relations between the two countries, the fight against coronavirus (COVID-19), but also the socio-political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Čović commented on the current situation in BiH, and pointed out as a priority the amendments to the BiH Election Law, which, in his opinion, would eliminate existing discrimination and ensure full equality of constituent peoples as well as all others who do not declare themselves members of one of the three constituent peoples in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
