PRIJEDOR, April 14 (FENA) - The District Prosecutor's Office in Prijedor has opened a case regarding the failure to administer 1,300 vaccines against the coronavirus in the Prijedor Health Center. Mladen Mitrović, the chief prosecutor of the Prijedor District Public Prosecutor's Office, confirmed for Nezavisne novine.

"Based on the information we obtained yesterday, we formed a case in order to determine all the circumstances about this event. When all that is over, it will be determined whether there is accountability," Mitrović stated.

The vaccines that were supposed to be used for the revaccination of people over the age of 65 in Prijedor were deemed unusable to the power outage and interruption of the cold chain storage.
