MOSTAR, April 8 (FENA) - The FBiH Government has adopted the information from the Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry regarding the issue of natural gas supply to the Federation of BiH.
The government has entrusted the management and supervisory boards of Energoinvest Sarajevo and BH Gas Sarajevo to strictly respect the provisions of the Decree on the organization and regulation of the gas industry sector.
They are also in charge of jointly analyzing the current situation and devising an agreement on how to work operationally in the coming period, respecting all the elements contained in the Decree, ie. Energoinvest Sarajevo as a gas supplier and signatory of the Natural Gas Import Agreement with Gazprom Export LLC, and BH Gas as the Gas Transmission System Operator in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The deadline for the realization of this decision is three days.
The Supervisory Board of BH Gas is in charge of urgent actions and together with the Management of BH Gas to return the funds paid in advance to the Hungarian and Serbian transporters in the amount of about 1,600,000 USD, the FBiH Government stated.
