Covid-19 confirmed in 203 people in BiH, with 5 deaths in the last 24 hours

SARAJEVO, January 24 (FENA) - In the past 24 hours, 948 samples were registered with the Public Health Institute of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, of which 123 were positive for SARS-CoV-2.

New cases were registered in all cantons, except in Bosnia-Podrinje and Posavina cantons.

So far, a total of 388,607 samples have been tested in the FBiH, and SARS-CoV-2 has been confirmed in 77,459 individuals.

In the past 24 hours, two new deaths were reported to the Public Health Institute of the Federation of BiH.

As of today, the number of deaths in the Federation of BiH is 2,417, according to the Public Health Institute of the Federation of BiH.

In the last 24 hours in the Institute of Public Health of the Republika Srpska, the University Clinical Center of the Republika Srpska, the University Hospital Foča and the Hospital Sv. Vračevi in ​​Bijeljina, 661 laboratory samples were tested, and coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) was confirmed in 72 people.

In the last 24 hours, three deaths were reported in which the presence of COVID-19 was confirmed.

So far, 39,546 cases of the coronavirus have been confirmed in Republika Srpska, and 2,004 people have died who have been tested for the virus. So far, 26,033 people have recovered, and a total of 179,216 people have been tested.

Today, eight new cases of coronavirus infection were registered in the Brčko District of BiH from 49 tested samples. Sixteen people have recovered in the last 24 hours.
