SARAJEVO, January 5 (FENA) - The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed, on 29 December 2020, an indictment in the case of Toni Bašić charging the accused Toni Bašić with the commission of the criminal offense of Encouraging Terrorist Activities in Public under Article 202a, in connection with the criminal offense of Terrorism under Article 201 of the Criminal Code of BiH (CC BiH).
The indictment alleges that, during the period between 8 February 2020 and 17 March 2020, through the public media and by using the Telegram social network available to a wider circle of users, the accused Toni Bašić repeatedly instigated others to commit the criminal offense of Terrorism under Article 201 of the CC BiH.
The indictment alleges that the accused Toni Bašić announced the establishment of a channel titled “Moon Krieg Division”, and that he supported political terror and killings of Jews and politicians, stated the BiH Court.
