SARAJEVO, December 16 (FENA) - The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HJPC BiH) made decisions on the second day of the session, held on December 15 and 16, on the appointment of judicial office holders in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Vesna Stanković Ćosović was appointed to the position of President of the Supreme Court of the Federation of BiH, Munib Halilović to the position of Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of the Federation of BiH, and Maja Buhovac to the position of expert associate in the Municipal Court in Mostar.
The newly appointed President of the Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina will take office on January 1, 2021, and the expert associate will take office on January 15, 2021.
Also, Milijana Bjelović was elected acting president of the Cantonal Court in Goražde, starting from January 1, 2021, until the election of the president of this court, the HJPC BiH announced.
