SARAJEVO, December 16 (FENA) - The European Union Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina Johann Sattler supported the "I vote for the first time" campaign organized by the coalition "Under the Magnifying Glass" (Pod lupom), with the aim of educating, informing and encouraging young people to vote in the December 20 local elections in Mostar.
"Citizens of the beautiful city of Mostar were deprived for more than 12 years of the most basic democratic right - the right to vote. This will change on December 20.
This Sunday, 100,000 Mostarians will be able to go out to the polls and elect their local representatives. Be one of them and do not underestimate the power of your vote!” Sattler said.
The coalition "Under the Magnifying Glass" also calls on all citizens of Mostar to use the right that was denied to them for 12 years and go to the polls on December 20, 2020, because that is the only way to prevent election irregularities and fraud.
