SARAJEVO, December 3 (FENA) - FBiH Minister of Energy, Mining and Industry Nermin Džindić said in Sarajevo today that the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has decided to distribute 30 million KM of direct aid to 391 export-oriented companies.
At the press conference held during the Government session, Džindić said that the decision covered the sectors of metal, electrical and automotive industry with about 15 million KM; industry of construction materials and non-metals with 690,000 KM; wood, paper and graphic industry with about five million KM; production of textiles, clothing, footwear and leather with about four million KM, and chemical, pharmaceutical and rubber and plastic industry with about five million KM.
“In the next few days, contracts will be signed with those to whom the funds were allocated, followed by the distribution of funds,” Džindić pointed out.
Džindić stated that the Government today adopted a decision to reduce the price of gas to distributors by 8.5 percent, which will take effect on January 1, 2021.
“We ask all distributors to reduce the price for that amount to end consumers, i.e. citizens of BiH,” Džindić emphasized.
