SARAJEVO, November 2 (FENA) - Acting President of the Supreme Court of the Federation of BiH, in accordance with the powers derived from the FBiH Constitution and the Law on Judicial Police in FBiH, issued a decision appointing Dženad Grošo as the Director of Judicial Police in FBiH in the first term of office.
The appointment was issued as a result of the implementation of the new Law on Judicial Police in the FBiH, which began on October 31, 2020, which stipulates that the Judicial Police in the FBiH is managed by the Director of the Judicial Police.
Dženad Grošo has been a long-term member of the Working Group of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH for the Security of Judiciary in Bosnia and Herzegovina and was on the List of Permanent Educators of the Center for Education of Judges and Prosecutors of the Federation of BiH for legal issues from 2014 to 2018.
He was also a member of several professional working bodies, and is author or co-author of several published professional papers related to the security and protection of judicial institutions and judicial office holders in Bosnia and Herzegovina, witness protection and legal and enforcement aspects of the FBiH Judicial Police in the execution of decisions on confiscation of illegally acquired property by criminal offense, as well as the role of the Judicial Police in the criminal justice system, the FBiH Judicial Police said.
