SARAJEVO, October 18 (FENA) - The Democratic Front caucus in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly stated that it will again send the Bill on Public Procurement to the parliamentary procedure.
At the last session of the Constitutional Committee of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the HDZ and the SNSD deputies rejected the Bill on Public Procurement of Bosnia and Herzegovina, proposed by MPs from the Democratic Front.
"The new Bill on Public Procurement will take into account the suggestions of the Directorate for European Integration, the Public Procurement Agency and Transparency International in BiH," said the DF.
The DF reminds that the adoption of the Law on Public Procurement is an integral part of the priorities from the Opinion of the European Commission on BiH's application for EU membership.
