SARAJEVO, October 15 (FENA) - The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CEC) has informed the public that the Court of BiH has annulled the CEC decision of October 7 in the case of the political party "Ujedinjena Srpska," (US), the CEC Information Office said today.
The court dismissed the decision of the CEC, which banned the "Ujedinjena Srpska" political party from participating in the local elections scheduled for November 15, due to the controversial video of the party which violated the Election Law of BiH.
On October 7, the CEC of BiH annulled the certification for participation in the elections of the said political party, and the leader of the party, Nenad Stevandić, was then fined 10,000 KM.
